1. Seller

2. Orders and contract

The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. Before you confirm the order you can review and correct your details.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The shipping cost is shown before you confirm the order.

4. Payment

Payment is cash on delivery, to the courier.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms are described on the Shipping & returns page.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, under the Croatian Consumer Protection Act.

7. Personal data

We process personal data according to our privacy notice.

8. Disputes

We aim to settle disputes amicably. Send complaints to info@spectrasol.hr.
