Shipping
We ship orders by courier to addresses in Croatia. Parcels usually arrive 2 to 4 working days after the order is confirmed.
- Shipping: €5.00 incl. VAT
- Free shipping on orders from €100.00
Payment
You pay the courier in cash when the parcel is delivered (cash on delivery).
Returns and withdrawal
You can return a product without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. Write to info@spectrasol.hr with your order number. Return the undamaged product in its original packaging to our address; we refund the amount no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal statement. The customer pays the cost of the return shipment.
Complaints
If a product is faulty, contact us at info@spectrasol.hr with your order number and a photo. We reply within 15 days.
